歡迎使用 SoHa。本服務條款（下稱「本條款」）規範你使用 SoHa App（下稱「本服務」）的權利與義務。下載、註冊或使用本服務，即表示你已閱讀、理解並同意接受本條款之拘束；如你不同意本條款之任何內容，請勿使用本服務。
SoHa 是一款供撲克玩家「自行輸入、自行記錄」個人牌局結果的盈虧記錄工具，提供個人統計、戰隊結算，以及店家場訓資訊瀏覽與預約功能。本服務不提供真實金錢的下注、賭博、對局撮合、代收代付或任何形式的博弈仲介服務，App 內不涉及任何真實金錢交易。你在 App 內輸入的買入、帶出等金額，純粹是你自行記錄的歷史資料，本服務僅根據你輸入的數字進行加總、統計與分潤試算，不對其真實性或正確性負責，亦不構成任何博弈或投資建議。
你須年滿當地法定年齡，並具備完全行為能力，方可註冊使用本服務。若你所在地區對撲克相關活動之記錄或討論另有法律限制，你應自行確認並遵守當地法律。
你須提供正確、完整的註冊資訊，並妥善保管你的登入憑證。因你未妥善保管帳號密碼而導致的任何損失或未經授權之存取，由你自行負責；如發現帳號遭未經授權使用，請立即透過 rizzydyt@gmail.com 通知我們。
你在社群功能發布的任何內容（貼文、留言、圖片等）須遵守以下守則：不得包含騷擾、人身攻擊或歧視性言論；不得發布未經查證的詐欺指控或不實內容；不得未經同意公開他人真實姓名、聯絡方式、身分證字號等個人資料。你對自己發布的所有內容負完全的法律責任，我們保留在不事先通知的情況下，移除違規內容或暫停、終止違規帳號的權利。你可以在 App 內檢舉違規內容或封鎖特定使用者。
經審核通過的店家帳號，可以用店家身份發布場訓資訊、與玩家互動。店家帳號對其以店家身份發布之內容的正確性與合法性負完全責任，包含但不限於場次時間、地點、費用等資訊之真實性。我們保留審核、暫停或撤銷店家帳號資格的權利。
你自行輸入的牌局紀錄歸你所有，你可以隨時在 App 內匯出為 CSV 檔案，或清除你的所有紀錄。詳見我們的隱私權政策。
本服務以「現況」（as-is）提供，我們不對本服務不中斷、無錯誤或完全符合你的需求作任何保證。你所輸入的牌局統計數據僅供個人參考，不構成任何財務、稅務或法律建議。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對因使用或無法使用本服務所生之任何間接、附帶或衍生性損害不負賠償責任。
我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本服務（或其部分功能）的權利，重大變更將於 App 內另行通知。你可以隨時停止使用本服務；若你違反本條款，我們保留暫停或終止你帳號的權利。
我們可能不定期更新本條款，重大變更會於 App 內另行通知。更新後你若繼續使用本服務，即視為你同意變更後的條款。
本條款之解釋與適用，以及與本條款有關之爭議，均應依中華民國法律予以規範。

Welcome to SoHa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SoHa app ("the Service"). By downloading, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SoHa is a bankroll-tracking tool that lets poker players record their own session results, with personal statistics, team settlement, and browsing/booking of venue sessions. The Service does not facilitate real-money wagering, gambling, matchmaking of games, or the handling of funds — no real-money transaction ever takes place within the app. Buy-in, cash-out, and similar figures you enter are purely historical records you keep for yourself; we only aggregate, summarize, and estimate profit shares based on the numbers you provide, and we make no representation as to their accuracy. Nothing in the Service constitutes gambling or investment advice.
You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction and have full legal capacity to register for and use the Service. If your local laws impose additional restrictions on recording or discussing poker-related activity, you are responsible for confirming and complying with them.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for any loss or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please notify us immediately at rizzydyt@gmail.com.
Any content you post through the community feature (posts, comments, images, etc.) must comply with these guidelines: no harassment, personal attacks, or discriminatory language; no unverified fraud accusations or false information; no publishing another person's real name, contact information, national ID number, or other personal data without consent. You are fully responsible for everything you post. We reserve the right to remove violating content, or suspend or terminate a violating account, without prior notice. You can report violating content or block specific users within the app.
Approved venue accounts may publish session information and interact with players under their venue identity. Venue accounts are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything they publish in that capacity, including but not limited to session times, locations, and fees. We reserve the right to review, suspend, or revoke venue account status.
The session records you enter belong to you. You can export them as a CSV file, or clear all of your records, at any time within the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Statistics generated from data you enter are for personal reference only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time; material changes will be announced within the app. You may stop using the Service at any time. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
