本隱私權政策說明 SoHa（下稱「本服務」或「我們」）在你使用 SoHa App 時，如何蒐集、使用、儲存與保護你的個人資料。使用本服務即表示你同意本政策所述之內容。
你主動提供的資料：註冊帳號時的 Email、你設定的顯示名稱與使用者名稱（handle）、個人簡介、大頭貼照片；如你申請並通過店家帳號審核，另包含店家名稱、店家大頭貼、聯絡方式等店家資訊。
你自行輸入的牌局紀錄：包含日期、場地、買入金額、帶出金額、盈虧、時長等資訊，這些資料由你自行輸入，僅用於產生你的個人統計與（如加入戰隊）戰隊結算。
社群互動內容：你在社群功能發布的貼文、留言、按讚、追蹤關係、檢舉與封鎖紀錄。
裝置與技術資料：推播通知權杖（用於場次提醒等通知功能）、你在 App 內設定的偏好語言與顯示設定（例如深色/淺色模式、盈虧配色、幣別）。
匿名使用統計（需你另外同意）：如果你在「設定 → 隱私與數據」中開啟「分享匿名使用統計」，我們會記錄你在 App 內的操作事件（例如建立貼文、儲存場次），這些紀錄不會附帶你的帳號或個人身分資訊，僅以裝置本機產生的隨機識別碼關聯，且此裝置識別碼與你的帳號完全無關聯。你可以隨時關閉此選項。
你的牌局紀錄僅用於在 App 內產生你個人的統計圖表，以及（若你加入戰隊）戰隊層級的貢獻與結算計算，除非你主動選擇分享到社群動態牆，否則不會公開給其他使用者查看。
Email 僅用於帳號登入、密碼重設與必要的服務通知，我們不會將你的 Email 用於行銷用途之外的第三方分享。
推播權杖僅用於發送你在通知設定中主動開啟的提醒（例如場次開場提醒、留言與按讚通知），你可以隨時在 App 或裝置系統設定中關閉推播權限。
我們不會出售你的個人資料。你的資料會儲存於我們的後端服務供應商 Supabase（提供資料庫、身分驗證與檔案儲存服務）的雲端基礎設施上，推播通知則透過 Apple 的推播通知服務（APNs）發送。這些供應商僅依我們的指示處理你的資料，並受其自身的資料保護義務約束。
如涉及法律程序（例如法院命令）、為保護使用者安全或防止詐欺與濫用，我們可能在法律要求的範圍內揭露必要的資訊。
你可以隨時在 App 內「設定 → 隱私與數據」頁面，將你自己輸入的牌局紀錄匯出為 CSV 檔案，或一鍵清除你所有的牌局紀錄（此操作無法復原）。

SoHa 是一款供使用者「自行輸入、自行記錄」牌局結果的個人化工具，不提供真實金錢的下注、賭博、撮合對局或代收代付功能，App 內不會發生任何真實金錢交易。你輸入的買入/帶出金額純粹是你自行紀錄的歷史資料，僅供個人統計與戰隊分潤試算使用。
本服務內容涉及撲克牌局紀錄，使用者須年滿當地法定年齡方可註冊使用。我們不會刻意向兒童蒐集個人資料，若我們發現有未達最低年齡限制的使用者提供了個人資料，我們會採取合理措施刪除該等資料。
我們採取合理的技術與組織措施保護你的資料，包含透過 Row Level Security（資料列層級權限控管）限制每位使用者只能存取自己有權限的資料。但沒有任何傳輸或儲存方式能保證絕對安全，我們無法對此提供絕對保證。
我們可能不定期更新本政策，重大變更會於 App 內另行通知。持續使用本服務即表示你同意更新後的政策內容。

This Privacy Policy explains how SoHa ("the Service", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the SoHa app. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information you provide: your email address at registration, the display name and username (handle) you set, your bio, and your profile photo; if you apply for and are approved as a venue account, we also collect your business name, venue avatar, and contact details.
Session records you enter: date, location, buy-in, cash-out, resulting profit/loss, and duration. These are entered entirely by you and are used solely to generate your personal statistics and, if you join a team, team-level settlement calculations.
Community activity: posts, comments, likes, follows, reports, and blocks you make within the community feature.
Device and technical data: a push-notification token (used for session reminders and other notifications), and in-app preferences such as your chosen display language, appearance (dark/light), P&L color scheme, and currency.
Anonymous usage statistics (opt-in only): if you turn on "Share anonymous usage stats" under Settings → Privacy & Data, we log certain in-app actions (e.g. creating a post, saving a session). These records are not linked to your account or identity — they are associated only with a random identifier generated locally on your device, which has no connection to your account. You can turn this off at any time.
Your session records are used only to generate your personal statistics within the app, and — if you belong to a team — team-level contribution and settlement calculations. They are never shown to other users unless you choose to share them to the community feed.
Your email is used only for account login, password resets, and essential service notifications; we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your push token is used only to deliver notifications you have opted into (e.g. session start reminders, comment and like notifications). You can disable push notifications at any time in the app or in your device's system settings.
We do not sell your personal information. Your data is stored on the cloud infrastructure of our backend provider, Supabase (which provides database, authentication, and file storage services), and push notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service (APNs). These providers process your data only on our instructions and are bound by their own data-protection obligations.
We may disclose necessary information where required by law (for example, in response to a court order), or to protect user safety or prevent fraud and abuse.
You can export the session records you entered as a CSV file, or clear all of your session records with one tap, at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data in the app. Clearing records is irreversible.
If you would like to delete your account and all associated data entirely, please contact us at rizzydyt@gmail.com and we will process your request within a reasonable time and confirm once it is complete.
SoHa is a personal tool for recording poker results that you report yourself. It does not facilitate real-money wagering, gambling, matchmaking of games, or the handling of funds — no real-money transaction ever takes place within the app. The buy-in/cash-out figures you enter are purely historical records you keep for yourself, used only for personal statistics and team profit-share estimates.
The Service involves recording poker session results, and users must meet the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction to register. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a user below the minimum age has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including row-level security controls that restrict each user to data they are authorized to access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the app. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
